The hotel had great, huge rooms and the staff were friendly and spoke English. The location was close to the airport/train station and the hotel had a fantastic outdoor swimming pool.
The hotel was difficult to find and taxis had trouble getting there. The staff tried to push the hotel car on us instead of using a taxi, which was cheaper and just as quick.

Good deal for a luxurious stay close to the convention center. Spacious and well-designed rooms, suitable for couples or families. the breakfast buffet has a decent selection of quality food. Private facilities are exclusive and provide a unique stay.
Bad news - the location is fairly isolated, with a lack of stores nearby to purchase essentials. the staff was friendly and attentive, but the fitness center was not up to par.

The hotel's cleanliness and facilities were top-notch. The staff was efficient and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The location, close to Hongqiao airport and not far from the convention center, was very convenient. Additionally, the hotel offered free shuttle service to the convention center, making transportation hassle-free.

The hotel is conveniently located near Hongqiao airport and train station, making it easy to access. It is situated in a peaceful residential area, away from the noise of the city. There is a lovely outdoor swimming pool with a pond, providing a relaxing atmosphere. the rooms are spacious and well-furnished, with comfortable beds and a separate sofa area. the staff are friendly and helpful, providing good service. the hotel offers affordable and delicious food, especially the Dim Sum menu, which is a great value.
Some windows in the rooms may be dirty, which can affect the view.

Efficient staff, quiet location, traditional well-presented food, luxurious large apartment suite, free shuttle service, extra space and dining area.

Room was spacious with a comfortable bed and nice amenities. the hotel is located in a quiet residential area with no street noise.
The windows were dirty and the breakfast selection was limited.
